Following a previous dismissal at Appeal on this urban edge site, Urban Design Box were asked to provide landscape led masterplanning to propose a development of 48 homes within an extensive green infrastructure setting.

We worked collaboratively within a specialist team to understand Landscape and Heritage considerations in relation to the design of the scheme and proposed a development which responded to the morphology of the village. The scheme now has Outline Planning Approval.
