Highworth

Location: Wiltshire

Urban Design Box provided design services in support of a mixed use Outline Planning Application for up to 90 dwellings, a 75 bedroom care home and employment development on land north of Highworth, Wiltshire.

The site is highly constrained by drainage requirements and subsurface infrastructure and we were keen to reflect the unique character of the town centre in the design of this scheme. As part of ensuring the robustness and viability of our masterplan, we provided detail testing of our layout to ensure that the proposals could be delivered in a way that ensured a high quality development.
