We prepared a masterplan and accompanying Design and Access Statement to inform the promotion of a 200 home urban extensionsite, to include a retained farm house and a new internal parklandspace, providing an equipped open space focus for the village.

Our masterplan describes in detail how this family home development could come forward and underwent and responded to an independent design review process prior to an application for Outline Planning Permission.
