A Neighbourhood Plan Promotion, followed by a successful Outline Planning Application, for residential development including a shop and community orchard.

Our green infrastructure ledmasterplan responded to the edge of village location with an informal structure. The presentation was designed to be readily interpretable for stakeholders; an infographic clearly stated the benefits of the scheme.
